Climbing 3: Intermediate to Lead Climb 1-Day

This rock climbing course is best suited to a pair of climbing partners or a small group, who have moderate experience climbing outdoors or perhaps experienced indoor lead climbers who want to up skill and move outdoors. Clients will have the opportunity to climb, practise belaying skills, rope work and anchor building. The course will also cover planning a climb, choosing equipment and assessing hazards. The course will progress the climbers towards becoming independent lead climbers. Each climbing team will have the opportunity to do a mock lead, placing gear, building an anchor and belaying a second up a climb.

This course can be adapted to your needs and skill set. Prices depend on the number of people attending. Smaller ratios are better for the client. This course could be a stepping stone to a learn to lead course. Get in touch to discuss your plans.
